Gorgeously rebound in antiquarian style blind-stamped leather covers and a spine with the texts "Holy Bible" and "1675"
printed in gold letters on the spine. The Bible text is beautifully
printed in double columns in Roman font.
Starts with the complete
Book of Common Prayer and Administrations of the Sacraments (with
TWO titles page,
printed at the theater in Oxford) followed by the Old Testament (with
TWO titles 1675 - showing the Transfiguration - and prelims), Apocrypha and New Testament (again
complete, with various woodcuts, colophons and decorated first
chapter initials. It complete with the Whole Book of Psalmes
(metric, title 1675, printed in OXFORD). Also the
Psalter is complete. So a total of an amazing SEVEN titles (3
